My Students

My students are an amazing group of kids. Given an environment rich in technology will ready them for the future and is what they deserve.

The students in my second grade classroom are a mix of personalities and academic strengths.

Each individual student contributes to the classroom environment that we have built together. We are a small class with diverse academic needs and we all work amazingly well together. We are a team. We are a family.

My Project

Given the diverse needs in my second grade classroom, a bundle of 4 Kindle Fires will enable a technology center to run in my classroom daily. Each student will be given ample opportunity to use this tablet to enhance their learning. This will be able to be used across all academic areas and even for some students interest areas. In a world in which technology is always growing and changing, I owe it to my students to give them as many opportunities to use technology in the classroom.

Given the technology of 4 Kindle Fires will put necessary technology into the hands of the future.

I will be able to use these tablets to offer support to my struggling students and to enhance and excel my high level students. Every student in my classroom will benefit from this project.
