My Students

As I enter my fourth year at my school, I'm quickly learning that I'll do almost anything for these group of students. They are such an amazing group of people who are teaching me everyday what it means to be a teacher and a human. Every morning when I wake up I'm thankful that our future is in the hands of these bright and caring individuals.

I feel like it is my duty to do what I can to give them every opportunity to succeed.

Every donation, every ounce of help shows them that the world and community does care about them. Being from a high poverty area isn't easy, but these students will always step up to the challenge.

My Project

As our school numbers increase it is becoming more and more difficult to find space for students to be on computers. My computer lab only has 24 computers, which makes it very difficult for students to find space in my lab. I'm hoping to add a few more laptops to create some temporary work stations to allow more students to take my Computer Science classes.

In a perfect world, I would have the best lab with enough computers for all the students if they need them, but alas, with budget short falls I'm asking for help.

My computer lab isn't the best, but it would be wonderful just to add a few more laptops so students can take my classes.
