My Project

Often students are learning and practicing literacy skills with a pencil and paper and hour long lectures. Although students can succeed this way, technology allows more opportunities for engagement and achievement, especially with Apple Products. With a few new iPads in the Resource room, students can read articles, magazines or books online, engage with phonics, spelling, and/or vocabulary through online games/programs as well as show their knowledge in a whole new way. By donating to our classroom, students will not only be more engaged but will increase reading fluency and interest levels.
