Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Lab aprons will make lab activities more interesting while protecting the students from the chemical hazards. The lab apron or lab coat is one of the requirements (protective equipment) for our lab activities.

When students interact with textbooks, they are able to improve their reading and writing abilities.

Especially in the vocabulary division. Because most of my students (about 90%) are English language learners having access to a science textbook would help improve their learning abilities. Chemistry as a subject has its own terms/words that students must know in order to be successful. The textbook will give them the opportunity to learn these terms faster.
