My students are energetic and enthusiastic learners who live in a culturally diverse community. They are constantly eager to learn all they can about the world around them, how things work, and the people who live in their community.
My students are very interested in how they can make a difference in the world.
When they see a problem, they like to create solutions to try. If the first solution doesn't work, they put their heads together and try a new solution.
My Project
I want to include a fitness station as a way for students to spend their classroom money. To do this I am requesting playground balls, jump ropes. flying discs, hula hoops, and swing balls. These items will provide students with a variety of activities that you can choose when we go out for our Fun Friday time. In addition, these materials will provide students with games that they can play together.
It is important for kids to learn how to budget their money and to make wise financial choices.
By adding these activities as choices, I will be able to address the wants of more of my students and get them excited about earn and saving class money!
