More Flex Seating and a Head Start on Teacher Organization!
My students need stools in order to meet their flexible seating needs. In my last project, I did not quite have enough. I am also looking to get a head start on some materials for me!

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
How can I teach my students when they do not have the seating accommodations and resources to best fit their needs? My eight students are diverse learners in an inner city public school. They have autism, emotional needs, ADHD and high academic needs. They love to learn and go to school, but they do this in different ways than other students. They need movement, frequent breaks, and hands-on materials. Because of this, they are in a separate classroom. They would truly benefit with some different seating choices as they work at a table.
My Project
I have students who require some flexible seating options. My last project, I was only able to get 5 different chairs. I have 8 or more students at times so I am looking for another option for all students to be included. I want to get colored stools for my students.
I have started thinking about my own organization for the next school year and want to get myself ready.
Some things I ordered were, a desk calendar, a lesson plan book, paper clips, a wall organizer and command strips. This will help me because I won't have to buy these supplies out of pocket!
