My students need a mobile teaching easel to allow them to interact with their learning on a daily basis. They will be able to create anchor charts with me that will guide their learning.
I work with 24 enthusiastic students who live in a suburban area. My school is an inspiring place to come each day. I strive to create a community in my classroom where students are comfortable, supported and engaged in their learning each and every single day.
My students are amazing and they inspire me to be a better teacher every day!

Some of my students have experienced hardships and life changing experiences, yet they enter the room with a positive attitude and put forth their best effort. THEY ROCK!
My Project
This easel will be the cornerstone of our meeting area and will be a critical component of student learning. As a class, we will meet around this easel daily for math, language arts activities, and science lessons.
With this movable easel, students will have better access to classroom charts and examples.
We create reference charts on a daily basis. This will help allow students to see the charts easily.
In our small group instruction, students will be able to move this easel around the room to guide them when working. We will use the easel to model different ways to solve problems and to brainstorm ideas for assignments. Students will also use this easel when working together to plan and present ideas to the class. This would be a great addition to our classroom to help students continue to learn!
