This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.
My Students
Our school serves students grades Pre-K through fifth. My school is located in an area of Arkansas that could be considered in need of repairs. More than 90% of our students participate in a free or reduced-rate lunch program.
Because money is in short supply, I am always looking for ways to help bring exciting new materials into the classroom.
My students have limited experiences, so projects like these help make learning come to life. These experiences will help my students develop a love for learning.
My Project
My students are a lively bunch of Kindergarteners who are eager to explore the world around them. To help them get more out of school, I need YOUR help! I am requesting an Ozobot Evo to allow my students to practice coding during STEM centers. They can use the Ozobot app to control the Ozobot and learn foundational coding skills. I am also requesting some HP ink for our classroom printer so we can print learning tools for math in color! The Cricut Air Explore 2 I am requesting will allow the students to help design our class shirts. These class shirts will help build a sense of community and caring! Please help me bring this project to life for my wonderful Kinderbabies!
