My Project

My students are struggling with math and my current materials are not meeting their needs because they are not at the right level for them or they are outdated and the students are not interested in pulling them off of the shelves. My students are in need of updated and better math manipulatives. I am a Montessori teacher so I would like to keep the materials in line with the Montessori philosophy.

We also work on the floor and I have noticed that the kids are fidgeting a lot.

A friend told me that floor pillows really help with having the kids sit still.
