Help me give my students copies of the book Monster to use for a book study.

My students are 9th through 12th graders in an urban community in Washington, DC. My students reside in all wards of the city, which creates positivity and negativity daily. Although we have improved our scores in reading and math, we still have more work to do in providing rigorous learning experiences for our students.
Studies show that many of my students will excel in the classes in which they develop relationships with their teachers.
I strive to develop meaningful relationships with my students daily!
Although my students have dealt with more trauma than most of us could even fathom, they are resilient and choose to see more good than bad. All of my students know that they are loved and cared for at my school. Most want to go to college and want to do well in life. They know they have a voice. They just want to be heard.
Reading is fundamental and pairing a novel with the movie adaptation always makes for good dialogue and analysis. This group of 10th and 11th graders will use this book and movie to take a closer look into the criminal justice system, courtroom antics, and the experiences of the character, Steve Harmon, as many students have seen the lost innocence of teens in our community. Students will get to create their own movie scenes based on certain aspects of their reading.
Students in our Law and Justice Advocacy class will use this book as a book study while also incorporating the movie on Netflix.
The intertwining of reading and watching will be beneficial by keeping students engaged.
