My Project

Critical Thinking Skills including- Evaluating Problems, Collaborating with peers, Analyzing Data, Solving Real-World Problems, Creating Realistic Solutions, and Completing Self-evaluations are skills I passionately develop in my students. I want students to do deep thinking in the classroom.

In this particular science and engineering unit, I am asking for donations, I want students to imagine and follow through on how they can monitor and minimize the impact they have on the environment.

These supplies I'm requesting will help students complete a lab that demonstrates how different soil compositions affect humidity. Students will relate this data to the water cycle, human impact on climate change, and why we are seeing more frequent and intense weather events across the globe.
