My Students

My students are inquisitive and want to learn about the world around them.

They are looking for ways to think outside the box, and are ready to learn about the amazing world of science.

They are special because they have persevered through many challenges and setbacks, yet shows up to school everyday.

My Project

Students will be learning about the different types of muscles in the human body. One of the bests ways of learning is modeling with hands-on activities. To achieve this, we will be using human skulls to create different facial muscles, a type of skeletal muscle. We will be moulding Playdough as muscles and learning about the functions of each muscle as we mould.

It's important to include more hands-on experiences because that's where the long lasting learning takes place.

Students will be able to see the different muscles that help them create facial expressions using Playdough and the human skulls.
