Model Body Kits & Wheels for IB Personal Projects!
Help us get two remote control drift racing body that we will build for our 10th Grade Personal Project, a school-wide learning event for 10th graders that requires months of learning on a topic.
We need supplies for our 10th Grade IB Personal Project for Kenny and Tommy who are leading these projects! Please consider helping them out.
Kenny and Tommy are the two students who lead this project to live. They wanted to do a major learning piece that they are truly interested in and this project is a school requirement that is graded school-wide by staff and showcased in our school. I had Kenny and Tommy since 8th grade and they are great students. They love to learn and they are creative! They wanted to build a set of RC drift racing Cars for a major project in their 10th grade and this will be a great opportunity for them to learn what it takes for pursuing a long-term project and documenting it properly. It will be great if you can support them.
My students want to work on their 10th-grade Personal Project and build rc (remote controlled) cars. My 10th-graders wanted to be creative and build something fun where they can document a long learning process. Students work will be graded by staff at our school in a school-wide event and students get to show case their work in front of our school and community partners. This is a major event for them and these batteries and chargers will be critical to helping them build their rc cars. We really appreciate your contribution to their learning success!

These words from my from Tommy: "I am interested in becoming a mechanical engineer later. I like to build things. This will allow me to build a RC car and learn about the mechanics of what is behind a drifting car."
These are the words from Kenny: "I was always into cars when I was a kid. I did not know much about it. I was inspired by movies like Fast and Furious. My goal is to learn how the car reacts when I control them because I am not old enough to drive. "
We will make the most of the leadership opportunity involved in creating this project by making sure that we learn from building the drifting rc cars. We will be role models for our fellow classmates who will become 10th graders, so they can be award of how much fun and cool an IB Personal Project is.
This is our "Personal Project" and it is a requirement by an IB school which we are currently in right now. Our school community make sure that all 10th-graders get a chance to learn the most out of this project and share with our community. The challenge we have to solve is to learn how to build the car from advanced kits so we had to search for all the right parts, making sure the wires fit, builds, and different chassis have different affects on how they turn. We learned things such as how rear wheel drive is better than drifting and all-wheel drive is faster from our current research so far. So we want to learn a broad amount of knowledge and skills from this project.
