My Students

4th Graders are on the road to becoming independent learners. These young minds have more experience with technology than ever before. They are so tech-savvy since computers have come into their lives on a daily basis. I have found that the students would rather use a computer than the "old way" of completeing assignments, paper and pencil.

My Project

As a Title I school, our funds are limited for computer programs for students. There are many computer programs that are available for students. One program that I have worked with and students enjoyed was Moby Max. Moby Max is able to offer individual learning to every student in the class. This program has a variety of lessons for learning. Students are able to practice skills in Math, Reading, Language and History.

Moby Max will allow me to set up customize individual lessons for each student.

The data that I receive from a student lesson will allow me to reach each student's needs. I will use this resource as a technology center for students. Students will also be able to continue learning at home using technology. In this day and age, having another tool to reach students academically, will increase and foster the technology world that these students will meet in the coming years of their education path.
