My Students

I have an amazing class of fifth graders each bringing something unique to the classroom. They are hard working and extremely determined to do their best work each and everyday. It amazes me everyday at their thirst and curiosity for knowledge. So many of them come up to me wanting to learn more and expand their skills sets, and with your help their wish can become a reality!

Every student has the right to a quality education that sparks their interest and spark their curiosity.

Over 1/3 of the students who attend this school come form a multi-child, low income household. They too, deserve an education that will capture and draw them in.

My Project

This class set of novels has the chance to change the ways students empathize with others. By reading about real and current issues students today face in school, students will have the opportunity to have deep discussions and more importantly be empowered to change school climate around these issues!

The students have the power to change the environment in which they go to school.

With your support we can open the eyes of 32 children on crucial and life changing issues students their age are facing. This novel is about stepping up to be a leader... even when nobody is watching.

They also need privacy screens so they can have their own office space to work and focus on important tasks.
