This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Light and color are the only waves visible to the human eye, making it the ideal gateway into the other waves in the electromagnetic spectrum, such as radio waves, microwaves, and gamma waves.

Instead of just looking at images in a textbook or watching yet another educational video, physics students will be able to conduct their own investigations into light, reflection, refraction, and focal point with a variety of flat, convex, and concave mirrors.

Students will deepen their understanding of waves, angles, and how photography cameras and the human eye work.
