The mindfulness puzzle creation project aims to foster student well-being by developing engaging puzzles encouraging mindfulness and cognitive skills.

These puzzles aim to provide students with a calming and enjoyable activity, promoting focus, stress reduction, and enhanced mental clarity.

Through creating and solving these puzzles, students will develop a deeper understanding of mindfulness practices, contributing to a positive and supportive learning environment.
