My Project

We are a school that has a lot of students who have experienced trauma in their young lives. We are trying to learn all about ways to practice mindfulness and self-awareness. My hope is my students will be able to come to school and feel safe, loved, and ready to learn. However, in order for this to happen, we need to practice yoga and mindfulness to create an environment for all my students to feel this.

To better serve my students, I am learning about mindfulness and yoga training outside of school so I can bring these practices into our classroom.

I am excited to teach this in our classroom.

Please help my students become the best version of themselves. We keep hearing scary stories in the news, I believe we can help prevent some of this if we help students at a young age. Thank you so much for thinking about donating to our classroom.
