Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
Our middle school students are vibrant and will brighten up your day! They can be an energetic bunch. They are hard workers and love to show this to anyone who walks into our school or whoever they see in the hallway.
Our middle school students are an amazing group of children with different abilities and personalities.
They are busting at the seams to learn. They are excited to learn and grow.
My Project
Our middle school students know that if they are hungry; their teachers will provide for them. Our school provides free breakfast, lunch, and dinner (for after-school program students). Snacks and treats are a great way to keep our middle school students' energies up during the day in order to stay focused and ready to learn.
This project will ensure that each of our middle school students has enough snacks and treats to eat during the school day.
I am requesting some healthy, nutritious snacks and treats and some not healthy snacks and treats. These snacks have a long shelf life and will meet the needs of my students. When students have a stomach full of food, their minds are ready to learn and they will be more focused on their work.
With your help, my students will know that you and I are doing everything we can to help support them with their online learning by providing snacks and treats that will help them focus on their work.
