Help me give my students a working printer and ink that can create resources that fit their individual needs.

7th and 8th grade can be an extremely challenging time both academically and personally, even more so when students lack the most basic school supplies. Students in my class have so much potential just waiting to be unlocked. As a teacher in a low-income school, I strive to ensure that my students are provided with an engaging and rigorous education that instills in them the passion to be lifelong learners.
Many of my students are designated Special Ed or ESOL and come from single-parent households.
Most of the textbooks in my classroom are as old as the students using them, and it shows. Because of this, most of what I teach comes directly from primary sources or other materials that I manipulate and copy for my students directly.
All of my middle school students want to learn but there are many obstacles that stand in their way. One of the most frequent obstacles that students face is not having appropriate age level resources. As a teacher I try to make sure that I can provide my students with the resources that they need but technology issues often prevent that. The two copiers at my school are often broken and unavailable for coping. When the copiers are working they jam frequently which means I am unable to make enough copies for my classes.
The printer will serve many purposes in my classroom.
I will be able to print different resources for my students who are all on different reading levels. Students will no longer have to share handouts on days that the copier jams.
I also teach many students with IEPs and who are ESOL. One of the accommodations that I make for students with difficultly writing is the ability to type assignments. The printer and ink will allow me to print student work as well. Students' faces light up when they see their work displayed in the classroom.
The printer, ink, and paper will make make a huge difference in the classroom.
