Mid Year Supplies Refill

Help me give my students the items needed for them to be successful! The items on this list are needed to replace items in our first grade classroom.

My Students

First grade is a HUGE year in school. Students enter first grade with a basic foundation for learning and begin their journey in critical thinking.

We teach our students to "learn with passion or not at all".

My school is Title I. This means that the majority of my students receive free and reduced price lunch. Many students are English languages learners and learn best by doing, not by studying a book.

My students LOVE to learn new things. I want to create an environment that gets them excited to learn!

My Project

Students use many supplies throughout the school year. Around January students are in need of fresh supplies to help them finish the school year strong! These new notebooks will help students stay organized and on track. The new cd player will be used in the listening center. Students have not been able to use this center due to the previous cd player being broken.

First graders make tremendous learning gains after the winter break.

I believe by replenishing old supplies with new ones my students will have the tools needed to be successful and end the year strong and ready for second grade!
