My students need a mid year restock of classroom supplies. The self stick note pads allow students to create posters while working in groups that can hang in the classroom throughout the school year.

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My students are amazing. My school district is urban and very high poverty, and most of my students come from broken homes, shelters, and foster care. The students in my school receive 100% free breakfast and lunch. Most of them have experienced trauma at least once in their young lives. Despite their setbacks, my students come to school each and every day ready to learn with a smile. They come to school and give everything they have to their lessons no matter what is going on at home. They work hard, and they truly deserve the best.
My Project
As we enter the second half of our school year, students’ supplies are beginning to get low. Most of our notebooks are filled up, and our folders are torn. Pencils are few and far between unless you're lucky and find one on the floor!
Most of my students come from families who struggle with poverty, and buying a notebook or a folder is the last thing that they should have to worry about.
The classroom supplies will replenish our dwindling stock, so the students can have a strong end to the school year and be fully ready to head to fifth grade.
