Help me give my students the ability to look at cells, tissues, hair samples, and many other microscopic organisms to give them a new appreciation for living things that they cannot see with the naked eye.

Our school is a large school with almost 1,300 students. Our school is a Title I school. One hundred percent of our students receive free breakfast and lunch. We have students from all ethnic and economic backgrounds. Our students speak many languages, including Arabic, Spanish, English, and Somali.
My students are eager to learn and they love hands-on projects.
This year, I will be teaching 7th- and 8th-grade science. I also coach our Science Olympiad team. I am looking to get items for my students and the classroom that will be integral in their success in the science classroom. We are in need of some microscopes for the classroom. In 7th grade, we focus on life science. The students need to be able to see things that we discuss in class such as cells and tissue samples. Being able to view these things with the microscope will allow the students to gain a different perspective and appreciation for the tiny pieces of life that make us "run" daily.
In Science Olympiad, they compete in numerous competitions, including Crime Busters, that would benefit from the use of microscopes.
My students have been very interested in viewing cells and different tissues under a microscope. They are very curious to see how their cells look. We have some microscopes in our lab, but they are very old.
Students want to view the world from a different perspective, and these microscopes will help them do just that!
For the next nine weeks, we will be studying cell division, and it is much easier to understand meiosis and mitosis when viewed under the microscope, so the students can see that cells do actually split like the pictures show!
Please give to our project to help them experience life on a different level.
