It's just one microscope, but everyone can use it at the same time! I teach second and third grade at a wonderful but low-income school.

We have exactly fourteen student microscopes for our entire school of about 500 students. This makes it very difficult for any one class to use them in a meaningful way.

This digital microscope can be hooked up to my classroom computer, and what it sees can then be shown on either my computer monitor, or even projected onto our classroom screen for ALL to see! This way, I can point out exactly what we are looking for or what we've found. This microscope can even take pictures, so we could print out photos of what we've found for use on bulletin boards about our projects, which students could see and use daily. Using microscopes really gets kids engaged and excited about science, and I know this digital microscope would be a huge benefit to my teaching and my students' learning.
