Mic Check: Wireless Microphone for Student Engagement
Help me give my students a Wireless Microphone System!
My students need the microphone so they can use it to read their writing in front of the class; during whole group instructions, my students will hear more clearer.
This year I have 20 fun, energetic, creative, sweet, and very inquisitive kiddos in my class. They love to learn in hands-on, active, and engaging ways. My kids come to school ready to learn and try new things every day. They become filled with so much excitement when that "light bulb" turns on and they understand something for the first time.
Each student in my classroom is very eager to learn and they are an amazing group of individuals.
I am so lucky and thankful to be their teacher.
When students have a hard time hearing in the classroom, they tend to "tune out." The wireless microphone can help prevent this from happening. My students and myself will be able to use the microphone to amplify our voices. This will allow for more engagement with the lesson, activities, and instructions.
This resource will help support my students in their learning and engagement in the classroom.
My students will be able to use the microphone when speaking in front of the class. This will give them more confidence when speaking, especially my shy little ones.
With the use of the microphone, my students and I will no longer have to compete with background noises in the classroom. My students will be able to use the microphone to help amplify their voice when sharing in front of the class. I will be able to use it during whole group instruction so I can get the attention of everyone in the classroom.
Plus my students will be able to have fun talking into the microphone when reading their writing and books in front of the class. The microphone will be an encouragement that I can use to offer special VIP treatment for students while sharing in front of the class and in return we will have better student engagement.
