Merging Learning and Virtual Reality

Help me give my students more hands-on experience with the technology of tomorrow today with these VR headsets and merge cubes, so my students can improve their STEM access across all subject matter.

My Project

My students are young 21st-century learners who thirst for new knowledge and new experiences. They love to work together and they learn best from hands-on activities. Technology plays a huge role in our classroom and they would love nothing more than to use more technology in their learning.

Times are changing and my kids are mastering all types of technology so why not give them more?

Kids today are different. They have grown up using their parents' phones and tablets and computers. They understand technology. Books and computers are vital to teaching today's kids but they need more. They are ready for the next step in education: Virtual Reality. VR is more immersive because it utilizes the senses in addition to the mind. Paired with the Merge Cube, they will allow students to hold 3D objects (holograms) enabling an entirely new and powerful way to learn Science and STEM. It has the potential to change the face of education as we know it.
