My Students

My second grade class has 23 students. We are located in a rural area. Each child is unique and bring their own diverse backgrounds and personalities. Some are very artistic/creative and humorous, while others are more routine/organized and serious. Each student also comes with their own indiviudal learning strengths and weaknesses that range from kindergarten to fourth grade levels.

As an educator, I love learning, and it is my goal to foster that same excitement and curiosity about the world in my students.

I encourage them to get lost in a book and celebrate when they master a new method for solving a math problem.

My Project

Please help me be able to purchase resources from Teachers Pay Teachers. This website is a great tool and is used to access many activities that can be used in the classroom to help support the needs of students on a variety of learning levels. These activities will be used to further improve virtual learning, as well as in a face to face setting. This would allow me to be able to get differentiated work for my students. TPT is a wonderful tool and time saver during this challenging year.
