Help me give my students the nourishment they need to wake up and be alert to participate in distance learning. Many live in high poverty situations and have not been able to leave their homes!

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My students are incredibly amazing. They come from all over the world, and many have experienced both personal traumas and lived through national tragedies. They live in high poverty situations now, but are the most resilient kids you would ever want to meet!
My Project
These food products will help the neediest students in my class receive some much needed nourishment so that they will have some energy to be ready for distance learning lessons each morning during the current crisis.
Many currently cannot leave their homes because of the high poverty situations in which they live.
Many do not have cars to leave to go to places where food is being given out, and since they are non-native English speakers it is difficult to explain to them where essentials can be found or distributed.
