My Students

My energetic, intelligent, kindergarten students are excited about learning! They run into my classroom with smiles on their faces. Our school, located in rural West Virginia, may be limited in terms of funds, but we are rich in excitement to learn!

During the day, we pack a lot of knowledge into their brains!

My students are not only beginning to read and write for the first time, but they are also learning how to sit, keep focus, work as a team, share, etc. I could go on and on!

My Project

My students and I meet at our read aloud space in the classroom very often throughout the day. It is great for them to have a specific spot in the room that is designated for reading and listening to someone read to them. We need a new carpet on which to sit during this time.

Kindergarten students are very tough on furniture, carpets, supplies, etc.

so these items need to be replaced from time to time. These carpets also last a long time, as well. Hopefully your contribution can last my students a long time! Kindergarten is a special time, and my students deserve a special carpet
