My Students

At some point in time, everyone has struggled with learning Physics. Take for instance learning Newton’s Three Laws, acceleration, force, friction, inertia, and momentum. Some of the concepts are extremely difficult and my students really struggle to fully understand the world of Physics.

I have about 140 outstanding 8th grade students.

They are full of energy, eager to learn, and are willing to put in the hard work it takes to learn difficult concepts. They seem to always succeed and understand ideas easier with an inquiry-based, hands-on approach. We have tried to use the materials provided such as textbooks and movies but they are having a hard time grasping the concepts. I truly believe with this Motion and Force Kit my students will not only comprehend Physics but have a fun time doing it.

My Project

By having this Motion and Force Kit, my students will be able to have a hands-on opportunity to demonstrate Newton’s Three Laws of motion. We will be able to work with these kits for 9 weeks as we learn how each law works and how friction and force can affect an object’s motion. Also, the kit comes with enough supplies for 40 students which is perfect for each of my classes.
