Maximizing Participation in PE!

Help me give my students more equipment to increase their knowledge of fitness and sports. These items will be used to help clearly define teams and boundaries for games.

My Project

Our All Stars here are learning through our C.A.R.E.S initiative: Cooperation, Assertiveness, Responsibility, Empathy, and Self Control.

They all have their own unique personalities.

They do best with clearly defined rules and game areas. Structure helps our all-stars achieve at a higher level and keeps the focus on the game versus technicalities.

We use cones, in some capacity, in every class - whether it is for organizing classes or setting boundaries, or being part of the game. The large cones are also used in our striking unit because they hold up more than batting tees.

We also have quite a few students who are flexible and talented when it comes to gymnastics. The mats would allow us to give them appropriate times to practice those skills, safely.
