This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Students

Welcome to Mrs. R's 7th Grade math class! We are a great bunch of hard-working students. Our middle school is in a struggling neighborhood that lacks many key resources kids need to succeed.

The students at our school have so much to offer and in return I hope that I can offer them the tools they need to be successful in the real world.

We are a fun, energetic, and excited class full of bright minds. All we need is the opportunity to show what we've got!

My Project

My students need the resources to succeed! With basic supplies lacking, like pencils and even a working classroom pencil sharpener, students not only struggle with personal issues, but even with the necessary items to "win" in the classroom.

These students deserve a chance, one that I need help providing them with--enter you!
