My students need supplies to be successful in learning centers and a cozy spot to engage in math activities. My students need a variety of instant math centers and cards to be able to strengthen their math reasoning skills.
At my school students love to learn. We are a Title I school and most of the students who attend my school live in poverty. They do not have access to educational material at home. The students at my school love to read but without the books from school they are not provided the opportunity.
At my school we are like a family.
My school is small but everybody is hard-working. The students and staff are always working hard to further their education.
My Project
My students need math activities to practice math mastery while completing their daily math centers. The caddies will be a pace to organize supplies. The rug will be a cozy place for students to sit while completing centers and help to increase the comfort in the classroom. The centers included will help to increase social skills between students in the classroom. They will be able to work together and communicate with their group in order to solve problems.
Math is important and used in everyday life.
My students can use the resources to improve their math skills. The Math Learning Centers will reinforce standards based instruction that is happening in the classroom. The pattern blocks will be used to strengthen students spacial problem-solving.
