I teach twenty pre-k students of all different abilities. I love being able to watch them grow and learn. I am a first year teacher and after learning I was needing more math materials in my science center, I started right away trying to do just that.
My Donors Choose project is to add materials for my students to be able to measure and explore items.
I want my students to have a scale, measuring tape, translucent counting object for our light table. I also added a math game and some wooden circles for the children to be able to add their creation to the center by writing numbers on the wood. I am excited to see the chances and how happy it makes my students.
