My Students

My students are mainly below grade level and in a Title I school. I see such great potential in them and I just want to make sure I have the best supplies and resources in my classroom to provide for them to help them grow. It’s 9 boys and 8 girls with a mixture of quiet and chatty kids. You can tell they love coming to school, but tend to struggle with school work. I can’t wait to help them grow!

My Project

My students need a lot of hands-on activities, so these manipulatives will allow my students to have extra resources to learn our standards. Not only will it allow my students hands-on activities at the desk as individuals, but the magnetic items will allow us to do whole group situations at the front of the classroom on the whiteboard for all to see. The Magna-Tiles are there for my students who love to build and do STEM activities. They will be able to play with them after they finish classwork during stations. Please help my students grow in math.
