My Students

My fourth grade students are a remarkable group of learners from diverse backgrounds. My students are very different from one another. They all have different academic, social and emotional needs. In our classroom we value our differences, support one another, and work together as a community.

My students are motivated and bright individuals who love and embrace learning.

They love working collaboratively with one another and excel when building off each others ideas. They are critical thinkers and value each other's opinions. My students are simply the BEST!

My Project

Have you ever struggled with figuring out how to solve a math problem? Well, you are not alone. Math manipulatives can put these frustrations at ease. Math in a Flash! Discovery Cans will provide my students with the opportunity to get targeted practice with key concepts in math, while using hands-on manipulatives.

This project would allow my students to get access to hands-on learning activities to promote their development in mathematics.

Not only would this project help my struggling students, it would help enrich my learners as well. My students love engaging, interactive activities and these Discovery Cans will help grow their love for math.
