My Students

My scholar's learning abilities are as different as they are. They come from a wide range of backgrounds. Some families struggle to give their scholars the basics where as other families can make sure that their students have everything they could ever need. In my classroom, I strive to make sure that all of my students have the same opportunities to ensure their success.

My scholars love hands-on, interactive learning.

Watching them learn through teamwork has been the most rewarding experience this year. The skills that I am teaching them won't just help them in their academic careers. These skills will benefit them the rest of their lives.

My Project

I am so excited to start this new year with an awesome group of students. I am moving with them from 2nd grade to 3rd grade and I know that I have a lot of learning of the curriculum to do as well. The sand timers will help with fact fluency and partner work as well as time management. The other math games will help students increase mastery of the different math components. I believe that in order to prepare scholars for their future, they need to be able to work together. Games are great for fostering a positive working community.
