Help me give my students the assortment of tools and environmental art work that they need to succeed.

We are a school where about a quarter of our students have special needs and about 90% are economically disadvantaged. We are in an urban city that is rated the worst in the nation for large urban cities. Our funding is repeatedly cut by politicians. My school's population is around 72% African American. 22% of our school's children have special needs.
We service students from the areas that have been hardest hit by poverty, lack of jobs, mental illness, childhood trauma, and civil unrest.
These students deserve more. They truly lack the "privilege" that their suburban counterparts share. The students are in desperate need of basic supplies and relying on the kindness of donations.
My students have very few materials to use or see. I work in a very old building that looks and feels old. The walls are drab and uninviting. I want to pick up some motivational artwork that is age appropriate and uplifting. In tandem with that, we are hoping to get basic materials and math games equipment. We are hoping for dice sets to help in math. Along with flash cards, math games, reading cards, writing cards, and other manipulatives to help out.
It is really hard to compete with our suburban counterparts when we are constantly having our budget slashed.
No one wants to learn in a building that looks like an old insane asylum. We were really hoping to spruce the place up. I picked out a number of nice posters and motivational saying to help us to feel better and look better.
