This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My school is a public charter school. I have a bright and eager to learn group of first-grade students.

My school has a diverse population of students, many of whom receive free or reduced-cost lunch.

A large proportion of students speak English as a Second Language. Many students do not have the ability to bring in basic supplies to share in the classroom. Many of my students have ADD and ADHD and would benefit from having these items in our classroom as well. They are so excited to come to school each and every day.

My Project

My students are so excited to come to school and learn new things each and every day. The year my class really enjoys Math and Science. We need new protractors and a TpT gift cards to help complete work in out interactive notebooks.

Lots of our tools for math and science have been broken over the years of use.

New protractors will help us measure and compare different shapes in our classroom. The TeacherspayTeachers gift card will allow us access to new posters and activities to add to our interactive notebooks for Science and Math.
