Over the years, my students have encountered a lot of obstacles. Some are still recovering from Sandy, while others are dealing with poverty. Whatever obstacles they have encountered, they have not allowed it to get the best of them.
My students come to school with a smile on their face and try their best.
They are willing to put others first and help those in need. Even though these are students who are in need themselves. Students at our school have the greatest heart and character around.
My Project
I am hoping that in the near future I will be funded for a Cricut machine for my high school. Unfortunately, until that happens I use my personal Cricut for school. Materials add up quickly between vinyl, cardstock, and markers. I've used these materials for my classroom and student projects.
As a teacher, I never want to allow my students not to be creative especially when they connect it to literature.
These materials will make a difference in student learning because they will be available to all of the students in our school to allow them to be creative and successful.
