My Students

My students are enthusiastic learners that are engaging in the challenging tasks of distance learning by joining Zoom meetings and participating in lessons that have many interruptions from their home.

These challenges don't discourage them from showing up and being present even in this new way of learning.

Their growth mindset allows them to change and explore all the new aspects of their learning with many questions that come up as we continue our new way of learning.

My Project

I want to send my 3rd graders materials such as pencils, crayons, summer activities workbook, to help guide the learning through the rest of our year.

Stressing over the lack of supplies is often an emotional burden kids don't need, especially at this moment in time.

I want them to have access to school materials, so that parents and my students don't financially stress over these items. If materials are available, my students can put their focus on the learning part and not be worried about not having the supplies necessary to do the work.
