Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My students are eager learners. They live in an urban setting and don't always have access to the materials that they need to be successful. They love to learn new things. They are curious about the world and need to be given the opportunity to investigate things they are interested in. My goal is for my students to be lifelong learners. By having lots of different materials in the classroom, it helps to give my students the tools that they need to be successful.
My Project
Can you imagine walking into your 2nd grade classroom and feeling like a Super Hero? I would love for my students to have that feeling next year when they walk in on the first day. All students need to have a "Super Hero" feeling like they can accomplish anything!
My students also need other basic classroom supplies to help our classroom to be wonderful.
We need printer ink so that we can print important documents, pencils, and name plates and sleeves for the desks. New headphones will be great for the work that we do on the computer. The Super Hero decorations will make our classroom look exciting! I want my students to become life-long learners!
