These 23 students come from various backgrounds and are all unique and individual learners. They are creative, hardworking, playful, and eager, and they come to school every day with an open mind and willingness to learn.
Students are learning to work together, collaborate and maintain a positive safe learning environment.
It is amazing to see what they can accomplish if given the right tools! I know they would be very appreciative of any opportunities they are given and would take full advantage of all new learning experiences.
My Project
Please help me get important materials for my classroom to keep us safe and healthy. Soon, we will be returning to the classroom for hybrid learning. I am hoping these materials will help me make my classroom a safe environment for students.
I will use seat sacks so that students have an individual space to keep their materials, since we will not be sharing this year.
These can also be sprayed down with disinfectant in the evenings. The hand sanitizer device will ensure students take an appropriate amount to clean their hands.
Instead of using our classroom carpet, I am hoping to use these washable seat markers so that I can space students 6 feet apart for "carpet time." These can also be wiped down with disinfectant which is unlike my current carpet. Finally, the student response device will allow us to collaborate and communicate from across the classroom.
