My Students

My sixth grade students are creative, thoughtful and full of questions! They absolutely love hands-on, active, engaging activities and challenges that allow them to think outside the box to find solutions!

They come to school each day ready to try new things and take brave chances in order to grow both personally and academically.

I am excited to get to know each of them and help them grow into the best students they can be in our classroom community this year.

My Project

My students love expressing themselves through their work! This table will be used for small group instruction in my classroom, which happens during Math and Reading.

The students will be able to write what they are thinking and then share their thoughts with their classmates, all while looking at their notes they jotted down on the table!

I will be able to assess my students by reading what they wrote on the table and determine who needs more support.

The students in my classroom have dry erase desks that they love to show their work on, and I am excited to hopefully get them a dry erase table that they can use with me in a small group as well!
