Mastering Multiplication

My Students

This year our third graders are full of energy, excited to try new things, and like to think outside the box. Every day they challenge us to create a learning environment that sparks their interest and helps them grow in becoming independent thinkers. This has become more of a challenge teaching them using a hybrid model.

Many factors impede our students' abilities to learn including various disabilities and learning styles, an absence of support from home, and a lack of current manipulatives; all of which are essential for student learning.

The students in my class come from poverty and most lack structure and stability that fosters learning.

My hope is to impact each student so they gain a love of learning that extends beyond the classroom.

My Project

By donating to this project, you will not only help to improve and increase student knowledge of multiplication facts, you will ultimately help to increase their academic achievement. Studies have shown that when students approach a concept in a fun engaging way they are more apt to internalize it.

The students will be excited to learn multiplication in a fun and engaging way.

The use of this technology will help encourage them to practice facts. It is always a struggle to get my students to practice their multiplication facts. I know this will make it engaging and fun.
