My Students
Teaching middle school students Is a challenge that I have embraced. Returning to school will present many challenges including getting back to a new normal.
Many of my students come from low socio economic backgrounds. They need to learn to develop a variety of life skills that will promote success in their future. Our students are an inspiration!
My Project
As part of the school community, our Cognitively Impaired students are learning to develop business skills through a coffee shop.
Our students take and fill coffee orders, count money, and learn business skills through an innovative Mason Coffee Shop.
Our students will be returning to school in January after a long time away from school due to the pandemic. Our students look forward to delivering coffee to the Mason Staff on a weekly basis.
Watching the smiles on their faces as they deliver coffee around the building is a true inspiration.
