This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Mathematics (and its usage) can be found in everything in everyday life, but young lovers of math are (often) hard to find!

I am requesting these basic school supplies to help improve my classroom environment (i.e., colorful borders, laminated anchor charts, stapled classroom norms, etc.) and further engage the scholars to see math in a new light and apply it to their own life.

Please help multiply our future mathematicians and increase the probability of student engagement by supplying every child with the tools to perform more than their algebraic operations. Since all mathematics usage starts either through necessity or interest, let's pique our children's interest in math before it becomes a necessity!
