My students need 10 watches, 24 retractable measuring tapes, 24 whiteboard erasers, 10 write & wipe pockets, 1 gallon of blue paint, 1 pencil sharpener and band-aids!
My seventeen second graders are avid readers, writers, and mathematicians! We have a wide range of abilities and interests in class. My students are full of curiosity and energy. They love to learn, explore new topics, and have fun while doing it!
My students follow their own ambitions and interests, take ownership of their learning growth, and share that excitement with other students.
They come in each day with a smile on their face and your contribution to this project will make their smiles even bigger!
My Project
Adding new materials to our classroom will provide my students with more options and opportunities to grow. These resources will allow my students to explore math concepts (time and measurement), learning habits, and more! Students will use the slap bracelet watches to learn how to tell time and the retractable measuring tables to measure various objects around the room in different units of length. Lastly, the write-and-wipe folders and erasers will help provide materials for centers and games within the classroom.
Donations to this project will improve our classroom by providing students with a wide variety of materials to learn and grow from!
