The majority of my students come from low-income families. Some do not have access to a lot of resources to be able to use and learn in the classroom.
They are energetic learners who love to be involved in the school setting.
They are very eager to learn new things every day. I want my students to be able to have hands-on learning in the classroom and be able to use materials to help them be creative and problem solve.
My Project
My students are in dire need of Expo markers! We are very low and it will be difficult to get through the rest of the year! Especially since we use markers every day for math! We also are in need of more clipboards. The clipboards are old and are breaking! We also use these several times a day during math and reading. I have flexible seating in my class so we rely on using our clipboards. This definitely comes in handy. Last but not least we are in need of testing shields. The ones we have now wont even stand up because they are falling apart.
