This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are very inquisitive and joyful children who are on 4th grade dual language. Half of their day consists of learning in English, while the other half consists of learning in Spanish. They love participating in hands-on activities or becoming the “teacher” even if it’s only for a few minutes at a time.

The Post-it anchor chart paper and markers I’ve requested will allow my students to do just that, even if it’s just for a few minutes by modeling how they solved a problem using them.

They love being able to go in front of the class and write on anchor chart paper and then having it posted on our walls whether it’s for math and SLA(Spanish Language Arts).
